The pain can often radiate around to the front of the ribs, and is almost always most noticeable on inspiration. Doctor's Treatment Plan Treatment involves reducing the inflammation to the muscles and nerves surrounding the ribs. This is accomplished through electric muscle stimulation and various soft-tissue release techniques. In the event of rib subluxation we have gentle procedures to adjust the rib.
