Upper Back Pain

This condition often occurs in people who work long hours at a computer. The person's head and neck move forward and, as a result, there is increased strain on their upper back.

Doctor's Treatment Plan
Treatment involves identifying the offending postures and making the correct ergonomic adjustments. The doctors will identify the exact source of the pain and treat the involved muscles and joints. Stretching, strengthening, Active Release Technique and electric muscle stimulation will all be incorporated.

Note: It should always be considered that not all injuries are spinal related, and therefore not all injuries can be fully corrected with the benefit of chiropractic medicine. Further, the injury profiles and recommendations for treatment should in no way be used as a substitute for the care of a physician.
